Thank you for your article on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (Tues, 3 September 2013). It is true that citizens should do everything possible to educate others to protect pre-born babies from the damaging effects of pregnant mothers’ abuse of alcohol.

It is strange however, that government and health authorities are concerned about FAS, but are not concerned about the abortion holocaust.

Singe abortion was legalised in 1997, over 1 100 000 babies have been killed by abortion, legally, with tax payers’ money.

Abortion is the worst form of child abuse.

We call on all South Africans to take up their responsibility to protect life and speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves.

Every abortion stops a beating heart.

Adoption is a loving option.
